1. Is this a real work from home opportunity?

Yes. 4 Word Pro LLC is partnered with the Arise Virtual Solutions work from home platform. You will have access to work for some of the leading companies offering opportunities.

2. Do I have to have a background check?

Yes. 4 Word Pro LLC and Arise Virtual Solutions require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges may not be approved as an agent.

3. Do I have to pay any fees?

There is a servicing fee for each client that you choose to service.  The servicing fee allows Arise and 4 Word Pro to provide online tools, support, and access to multiple clients to service. Servicing fees are $29.75 per pay period. Please contact us for more information.

4. Are there any benefits offered?

Unfortunately, there are no benefits offered. You will be an independent contractor not an employee.

5. Do I get paid for training?
No, our agents are independent contractors. We do not provide "training" courses. You must complete a "certification" course to be certified for a specific company. You will be required to attend any and all certification courses. Once you have successfully completed the course which takes approximately 4 weeks, you will start taking calls for which you will be paid.

6. Are there any starting costs?

Yes. Being a contractor requires a certification fee for any client you choose. That cost can range from $9.99-$149.00 depending on the client you select. From now through 12/31/20 you will receive a refund for your certification course cost if you pass the certification course and successfully service 60 hours (120 intervals) for the client. 

7. Am I able to choose the company I want to work for?

Yes. You will be able to choose from a pool of clients/companies to service. The available options depend on what certification courses are available at that time. Once a course is full, the client/opportunity is no longer available until another course for that client begins. New courses are constantly being added as well. It is first come, first serve.  

7. How do I get paid?

You will be paid twice a month by direct deposit on the 15th and the 31st.

8. How much is the pay?

The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work. Current agents are taking home incomes of $8.00-$15.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work , the more you make.

9. Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, a contract must be signed to protect you as a CSP (customer service professional) as well as 4 Word Pro LLC. As a CSP you will receive a copy of all documents that require signing for your records.

10. Can I advance within the company?

Yes, there are opportunities to advance for those that become top performers on the Arise platform.

11. Are taxes deducted from my pay?

No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard W2 for tax purposes every year.

12. Why should I become an agent?

By joining 4 Word Pro LLC, you will enjoy the freedom and flexibility that many don't have access to. You are able to set your schedule 1 week in advance at minimum with the ability to change it as needed.
